SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL SPECIALIZED SUBJECT

Syllabus in PRE CALCULUS - SY 2022- 2023

Semester and Grade Level: First Semester / Grade 11 No. of Hours/ Semester: 80 Hours
Teacher: Thelma A. Ilas

Core Subject Description:

Pre Calculus is a course that combines reviews of algebra, analytic geometry, circular and trigonometric functions
into a preparatory course for calculus. The course focuses on the mastery of critical skills and exposure to new skills
necessary for success in subsequent math course. Each unit contains a series of lessons that include introduction of
content, virtual demonstration of that content, and repeated opportunity to practice that content, along with a quiz per
lesson, and exam per unit.
