What is Daraz Seller Center?
Daraz Seller Center gives sellers instant access to key data to
better manage their business on Daraz

Through Daraz Seller Center, sellers can manage their entire


store from adding products, overseeing orders, handling stock,
joining campaigns, using seller tools or contacting the Seller
Support Team and to a lot more

Through Daraz Seller Center, sellers can have complete control


over their store and independently decide how they want it to be

When you sign into Daraz
Seller Center, it takes you to 1
the homepage which is known
as the Dashboard

Over here you can: 2

1. Scroll through the carousel


to view all major 3
announcements, campaign,
and events happening for
sellers.
2. To view the latest
announcements, click on the
Announcements tab
3. To view all the important
updates, click on Notice

As you scroll down the


dashboard, you can view the
Key Metrics for your seller
account.

To view the complete details


of your performance as a 3
seller, click on “See More”

You can scroll down on the


homepage to find Product
Advisor that helps you see where
your products are having
problems so that you can resolve
them.

You can also check your Account


Health which your policy
compliance summary that shows
all the violations that you have
made to the policy.

As you further scroll down the


Dashboard, you can view courses
from Daraz University that can
help you become a successful
seller.

You can click on the Daraz


University Tab to view more

On the dashboard, you can:

1. Click on “>” to Order Packaging 1


Materials.
2. You now also have the option of
applying for different seller accounts 2
like: Daraz Mall and Digital Goods 2
3. You can click on “>” to join the
Facebook Group for sellers

join the “Live Chat” with our seller 3 4
support team.

these features mean, click on the
“Learn More” button provided
underneath all.

In the Products tab, sellers can
add new products as well as
manage existing ones

New Media Center can hold all


saved SKU pictures that you may
need. You may also edit them
through Manage Image

Fulfillment by Daraz is for sellers


who are interested in reaching
Daraz to help manage operations.
You can also add your products in
Bulk or Edit your product SKUs.

Orders Tab

In the Orders tab, sellers can


manage pending orders and also
schedule Drop-offs and check
customer returns. Make
customers happy by processing
orders on time

Sellers can also manage reviews


by viewing what customers have
to say and replying through the
Seller Center

In the Promotions tab, sellers
can view and join upcoming
campaigns through Campaign

Sellers can also create bundles


and seller vouchers to increase
sales as well as offer free
shipping to attract more
customers

Seller Picks help sellers select


the SKUs they want featured
and highlighted. You can also
use the Livestream feature to
promote your products.

The Store Decoration tab is a
store builder tool

Sellers can access it to


customize and improve the
layout of their online store to
attract customers and increase
sales

The store decoration tab is also


essential during campaigns when
sellers can align their store
displays with the ongoing
campaigns

managing and keeping track
of all seller finances

statement for both current
and past financial cycle
