s/oSh. THAKUR SINGH to undergo 4-month industrial internship starting in Feb 2023.
Sir/madam, we would also like to share that our institute was established in 2014 by H.P. Govt., and is offering B. Tech.
Programmes in four branches, namely (1) Civil Engg., (2) Electrical Engg., (3) Electronics and Communication Engg., and Mechanical
Engg.. We are located around 30 km from Dharamshala airport, and near the beautiful towns of Dharamshala and Palampur -
in the picturesque vicinity of snow-clad Dhauladhar mountains. The institute has developed modern laboratories, Smart Class Rooms,
and similar state of the art infrastructure from Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA project) and also under TEQIP-III
project of Govt . of India.
Sir/Madam, during the 4-month tenure, the student will also be required to appear during the middle of the internship
ONCE for a physical VIVA-VOCE at this institute, to assess his learning outcomes, therefore the student may kindly be allowed to
avail leave during that period.The students may also be appearing in GATE/other exam/interview, therefore - we will be thankful, if a
provision is made within this 4 month period to allow such leave of one or two days. Sir/madam, we hope that your
company/organization will allow our student to undergo internship at your organization, and we look forward for a great
association going forward. You are requested to kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter by replying in your official letterhead, when
the student starts working.
