    Contract Agreement for Employment Consultation Services

    Introduction:

    Under the terms and conditions of this agreement, the parties outlined below are
    entering into a mutual understanding regarding employment consultation services as
    follows:

    1. Role of the Employment Consultant:

    The employment consultant (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant") shall assist the


    candidate (hereinafter referred to as "Candidate") in securing suitable employment
    based on the Candidate's professional qualifications, skills, and interests. The
    Consultant's objective is to understand the Candidate's situation and facilitate the
    identification of optimal job opportunities.

    2. Duration of Agreement:

    This agreement shall commence on _________ and shall terminate on ________.

    3. Rights and Commitments:

    This agreement does not bind the Consultant and the Candidate to any commitment
    regarding the nature, quantity, status, qualifications, or terms of any employment
    offer, either existing or potential, between them in the present or future.

    4. Confidentiality:

    Both parties acknowledge that they may have the right to learn about each other's
    potential employment opportunities, but they shall not share this information with any
    third party.

    5. Service Duration:

    The Consultant agrees to provide services to the Candidate for a minimum period of
    6 months.

    6. Information and Documentation:

    The Candidate shall provide the Consultant with accurate information and
    documentation, and the Consultant shall have the right to share relevant documents
    and information with the concerned company and recruitment agency to fulfil the
    intended tasks.

    7. Service Fee:

    The Consultant shall receive a service fee as per the specified rate, which shall not
    be refundable under any circumstances.

    8. Interview Arrangements:
    The Consultant shall arrange interviews for the Candidate with relevant companies
    or recruitment agencies. The Candidate is obligated to participate in these
    interviews.

    9. Compliance with Rules and Conditions:

    Following successful selection, the Candidate shall adhere to all rules and conditions
    set by the company or recruitment agency.

    10. Documentation Sharing:

    The Consultant shall share all requested documents and information with the
    relevant company, recruitment agencies, or other institutions in a timely manner.

    11. Termination of Service Contract:

    The Candidate shall provide the Consultant with written notice of the intention to
    terminate the service contract. Payment shall be made based on work completed
    upon termination.

    12. Dispute Resolution:

    In the event of any dispute or disagreement, both the Consultant and the Candidate
    agree to make sincere efforts to resolve the issue amicably and respectfully.
