    STATUTORY DECLARATION
    I, GEORGE KIGURU WAWERU of P.O Box 3991 – 20100 Nakuru in the Republic of
    Kenya do solemnly and sincerely make oath and state as follows:

    1. THAT I am a male adult of sound mind hence competent to make this


    declaration.

    2. THAT I am the holder of National Identity Card Number 9163555 a copy of


    which is attached herein.

    3. THAT I am one the registered Directors of MARGEO CONSTRUCTION &


    SUPPLIES COMPANY LIMITED, a company registered under companies act
    (cap 486) registration number CPR2013/126432.

    4. THAT I have been authorized by the other Directors to swear this affidavit on
    behalf of the company.

    5. THAT we hold a bank account at Kenya commercial bank Kenya limited,


    (KCB)account number 1297554965.

    6. THAT in the entire period we have never been involved in litigations as


    pertains our bank account held at KCB BANK A/C 1297554965. Attached
    hereto and marked` GKW 1’ is copy of the said letter from the bank confirming the
    same

    7. THAT I make this declaration and confirm that the company MARGEO
    CONSTRUCTION & SUPPLIES COMPANY LIMITED has never been involved in
    any financial litigation or fraud.

    8. THAT I declare as aforesaid from my personal knowledge and I make this


    declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and in accordance
    with the Oaths and Statutory Declarations Act, Cap 15 Laws of Kenya.
