EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The project “Affordable Lumpiang Shanghai” will be handled by the six students of
Grade 12 who are taking Academic strand, General, Academic, Strand and one of the
requirements for the certain subject.

This will be their method of assessing the skills they will develop from performing
this study. This will also provide students with the ability to learn or develop their
entrepreneurial, managerial marketing talents. Furthermore, this project will benefit of the
students involved for they can gain profit that they may use as financial aid and supports to
their needs.

After the community lockdown have been lifted, the team came to conclusion that
tourists within the place has somewhat became excessive. We witnessed the merging of
different business and the creation of different products that are not usually found within the
island. Upon these information that the team gather and with the help of SWOT analysis, the
team were able to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and the threats for the future
business the team will venture.

Thus, the team concluded that this proposal outlines in creating a new form of
snack that locals are not accustomed into. This was generated through the groups planning
and observation of the locale. Furthermore, the team decided to set forth for a
business about a food which is the “lumpia”. Lumpia are the type of food or street food also
which is not very hard learn and try. It is made up of lumpia wrapper, ground pork and other
side ingredients.
These are the following easy steps in cooking lumpia. First, combine all filling
ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, the lower the fire, the good texture you achieve. Lumpiang
Shanghai are greatly known as food, snack, occasion or even business just like street foods.
Although, the locale and international have the same type of food which is known as
“lumpia” and it serves as one of the usual food snack occasion or even business just like
street foods of people within. Even though the team offers affordable food that the locale are
customed to, they considered the sentimental values of what have been traditions such that
the original way of lumpia, a new variety yet they can still have the nostalgic feelings of
eating food that they’ve grown up into.
The team can guarantee for service they will provide upon selling the generated
products and can also guarantee product’s quality, food safety and cleanliness, enjoyment of
eating the lumpia without worrying about the price, an “instagramable” and “story” worth it
product.

The owners:
Jhon Mark Dela Cruz
He was born on April 8,2005. He is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Rodel and Robelyn Dela
Cruz. He is currently a Grade 12 student taking up the General Academic Strand (GAS) at
Linabuan National High School. He wants to be a Policeman.

Icelle Hanz L. Iray


He was born on November 10,2004, Icelle Hanz L. Iray is the son of Herminio and
Lorely Iray. He is currently a Grade 12 student taking up the General Academic Strand GAS
at Linabuan National High School. He wants to be Police.

Rodrigo N. Maru
He was born on July 3,2004. Rodrigo N. Maru is the son of Roderick and Rosie Maru.
He is currently a Grade 12 student taking up the General Academic Strand GAS at Linabuan
National High School. He wants to be a Electrical Engineer.

Rico P. Paderes
He was born on April 3,2004. Rico P. Paderes is the son of Anthonio and Gloria
Paderes. He is currently a Grade 12 student taking up the General Academic Strand GAS at
Linabuan National High School. He wants to be a Seaman.

John Michael D. Ricaforte


He was born on March 15,2004. John Michael D. Ricaforte is the son of Manny and
Salve Ricaforte. He is currently a Grade 12 student taking up the General Academic Strand
GAS at Linabuan National High School. He wants to be a Police Officer.

Reylie Mae S. Rillo


She was born on November 26,2004. Reylie Mae S. Rillo is the daughter of Reynaldo
and Lida Rillo. She is currently a Grade 12 student taking up the General Academic Strand
GAS at Linabuan National High School. She wants to be a Licensed Professional Teacher
(LPT) someday.
OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS

The team's “Affordable Shanghai” will undoubtedly provide the consumer with
product that is reasonably priced, of a high standard, and guaranteed to be safe and hygienic.
The business will offer inexpensive Shanghai food in a range of tastes so that clients can
preferred flavor when paired with our product. The owners Jhon Mark, Icelle Hanz, Rodrigo,
Rico, John Michael, and Reylie Mae saw that everyone was cooking this type of food,
especially this time of pandemic. As a result, the group thinks that everyone deserves a
product of high quality and inexpensive that would fill their stomachs and allow them to
occasionally experience that they eat affordable and deliciously food.

NAME OF THE BUSINESS


The team comes up with the business name “Affordable Shanghai” from the primary
product which is “lumpia” and added the adjective word “affordable” since the team’s goal is
to let their customer experience affordable and guaranteed to be safe and hygienic food by
eating the shanghai.

project "Affordable Shanghai” must consider.
 Accept the unusual
People now have access to a variety of goods that are not common among the locals
thanks to the emergence of new businesses in the area. We observe the unexpected events and
changes that had occurred throughout the pandemic as we adjust to the new normal.
Traditions aren't always bad, but people usually find a way to try something new. The
"Affordable Lumpia" concept will give individuals new eating experience by allowing them
to occasionally feel as though they have eaten a product of well-good and inexpensive while
still satisfying their tummies with high-quality food.

 Budget-friendly and good quality will always be the priorities.


In the midst of pandemic, people learn the hard way of saving money. "Affordable
Shanghai" is a budget-friendly food or snack that can be enjoyed in an inexpensive but could
fill their stomachs. The product's quality will be worth it, as it will make consumers realize
that every penny they've paid has worth.

Good quality and satisfaction are necessary for producing a product, customers have
different intentions when purchasing a specific product. This is especially true for food and
beverages, as the majority of customers are young and have social media accounts.
"Affordable Shanghai" is a product that provides both satisfactory and appealing images of
the product, making it worthwhile to include it in someone's story.

They offer from food and drink to their restobar and has a good spot because it the restobar is

Food Talk is also one of the catering services at the same time restaurant operating
business in Kalibo. They offer catering services in any occasions and at the same time they
have their location wherein they can entertain costumer who wants to eat and try their
products.
3.The BACKYARD
The BACKYARD is one of the operating businesses within the municipality of Kalibo
wherein they offer from food and drink also they offer catering services, delivery services to
their customer and has a good ambiance and refreshing also.

The prices are affected directly by the prices of intermediate inputs of the product the
Philippine is imposing Train Law which is primary reason of the rampant increase of the

their avid customers. They charge this way to maintain the competitiveness to the business
world.

investing, and financing. The primary objective of the
financial manager, whose choices frequently have long-
term consequences is to maximize the firm’s value.
Rodrigo N. Maru The company's Head Manufacturer is in charge of
ensuring that all tasks are completed on budget, on
schedule, and to the highest quality requirements.
Rico P. Paderes Production assistants are in charge of aiding production
managers and tracking program schedules, as well as
knowing the raw materials that will be used.
Jhon Mark Dela Cruz Keep an eye on how well their team members are doing.
They make sure that the department’s staff abides by the
standards, rules and regulations of the business. They
design marketing campains, communicate the mechanics
of these efforts to staff, and oversee the execution.
John Michael D. Ricaforte Promoters' responsibilities include demonstrating and
providing information about the goods to prospective
buyers. They also answer questions and try to persuade
consumers to purchase the item.
Icelle Hanz L. Iray Seller’s job is to start sales talks and make the selling

According to the vision statement that, “The goal of the initiative is to build a business that
works for everyone involved by giving customers what they want without asking anything in
return.” The desired outcome of the project is to provide a business that works for everyone
in which for the target customers to purchase the product and patronize our product and we
will provide them budget-friendly, clean and safe.

2. What are the business activities and corresponding social impact?

As student workers take on this project, they will be in competitive position.


Somebody capable of facing life’s challenges as a responsible person. Even at such an early
age, they are still producing money. Because they will be earning simple for them when they
connect with their peers or classmates.

B. School

It is mostly advantageous to our school. This project provides advertisement that will
encourage outsiders to join and explore our educational system, as well as raise the students
pride and identification as Linabuan National High School students.
C. Neighborhood

The community would look up to the pupils and the school. Were able to generate
funds at such an early age through their hard work and entrepreneurial abilities. Furthermore,
the community will be proud of the school because it helps students strengthen their talents in
areas that will be useful to them in the future. This demonstrates that the students are the hope
of the country by lowering the country’s unemployment rate.
