Okay, settle down now kids. Go back to your proper seats and arrange
your chairs properly.

Now, do you have any idea what our topic for today? About graph teacher!

Are you ready to learn bar graph? Yes teacher.

Very good!

C. Discussion
Our lesson for today is about Bar Graph.
Do you have any idea about bar graph? Bar graph has bars teacher.
Good Idea! Let’s see if you are correct class.

What is bar graph? Everybody read. Bar graph is called bar chart or bar diagram. It
presents data using rectangular bars.

Good job class! You’re correct. Bar graph represents rectangular bars
which is the height or value of the given data.
There are two types of bar graph.
Are they different from each other?

Okay, as you can see they differ from each other, we have horizontal
bar graph and vertical bar graph.

Where do you think is the horizontal bar graph there?

How about the vertical bar graph?

Very good!

Let’s move to the parts of a bar graph. We will be having board work
activity.

I have here a graph that has jumbled words and help me to arrange it Yes teacher.
for us to know the parts of a bar graph. Are you ready class?

I need 5 students to help me arrange the jumbled words.

The second one teacher.

The first one teacher.

Thank you children, great job! Based on the bar graph how many parts
do you see? Yes teacher!

Good! What are those parts?

Great! We can finally see and know the parts of a bar graph. Give
yourself a clap! Outcome:

Have you ever make or construct a bar graph? Okay, today we are Bars
going to construct a bar graph? We will be going to focus on Scale

Now that you know how to construct and interpret a bar graph it’s
your turn to make a graph. Everyone kindly go tour respective groups.
In grading your group activity today, we will be going to follow the
rubrics for group performance.
