Interview Process
Deep-Dive
There are three standard stages in the KPMG
recruitment process.
1ST STAGE - ONLINE APPLICATION
The application process for KPMG is simple: Fill
out an online form and submit your CV and
Cover Letter. These documents must highlight
your professional experience, educational
background, and spikes/excellence in grades or
projects led at work or extracurriculars. The
KPMG HR can then analyze your potential and
aptitude for the job.

2ND STAGE - ONLINE APTITUDE TEST
The purpose of an online assessment is
to evaluate potential applicants'
mental capabilities, problem-solving
skills, and working style. In India,
typically, you get a computer-based
test which is timed and consists of three
sections: Numerical, Verbal, and
Inductive reasoning.

Case Interviews
at KPMG
KPMG case interviews are applicant-led and
designed to be a conversation between the
candidate and the recruiting team as if you
were part of a team preparing for a client
presentation.
You are given time to work through
supporting information and prepare your
views when the problem is presented. You'll
then suggest to the recruiting staff and
respond to follow-up inquiries.
Fit Interviews
at KPMG
Expect behavioural questions in at least one, if
not both, video interviews, given how firmly
KPMG values fit.
Behavioural questions are employed because
recruiters believe how you performed in the
past predicts how you will act in the future.
This gives them insight into how you might deal
with difficult situations at work.
Fit questions frequently begin with "Tell me
about a time when" or "Give me an example of."
