Caliber Information Systems offers maintenance and repair (M&R) cost control and
compliance solutions to the Transportation Industry. Any of the defects in the trailer,
chassis and container on the transportation, it will be noted and reported to the respective
Industry. Inspector will do the inspection and take the Inspect details using their Mobile
(Android/IPhone/PDA). The inspection taken by inspector will be synced to server; from web
application the respective person will process the necessary action for it.

The Windows Mobile module has been used by client for the last few years on a
national basis to inspect chassis in the field and capture AAR coded defects with photos.
These inspection records are then wirelessly transmitted and can be accessed from the Web
application. Links to PDFs of these inspection records are then passed to client and matched
systematically to repair vendor invoices in client’s system, which can then be used as a
basis for comparison before a client employee or client agent approves an invoice for
payment.
