Your Role
We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of Front-end Developer. As a
Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user
experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand
consistency across all web pages, among other duties.
❖ Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
❖ Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
❖ Identifying web-based user interactions.
❖ Create data visualization tools, libraries, dashboards and reusable code for prospects.
❖ Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react
concepts.
❖ Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
❖ Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
❖ Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
❖ Documenting application changes and developing updates.
Basic Requirements
❖ Minimum Experience: 0-1 year
❖ Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree.
❖ Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
❖ Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.
Technical Skills:
❖ Understanding of key design principles.
❖ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Js and jQuery.
❖ Understanding of server-side CSS.
❖ Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator.
❖ Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
❖ Understanding of SEO principles.
Soft Skills:
❖ Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Team player.
❖ Eagerness to learn new ideas, concepts, and technologies.
❖ Complex Problem Solving by Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to
develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
❖ Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of
alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
❖ Quality Control Analysis in Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes
to evaluate quality or performance.
Additional Skills:
❖ Knowledge of Mobile Development.
❖ Hands-on experience working with Objective C or Swift.
