COMPARATIVE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM
REFLECTION PAPER EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM
FOR A FAIR, SELECTION EVERYBODY HAS TO THE SAME EXAM: PLEASE
CLIMB THE TREE
We cannot achieve our goals of generating competitive kids if our
educational system is not intended to accommodate all pupils at their level. So the test is traditional, with paper and pencil, so that everyone can answer all of the questions. Establishing a good relationship with pupils without bias.
Our educational approach is tailored to individuals with distinct differences,
levels, and attitudes. We cannot compare pupils; instead, we must regard them as individuals with unique qualities that can be developed and enhanced. So that the action in the classroom is flexible for the student, allowing them to match their talent.
As a student of this topic, I am aware that our educational system in the
Philippines is appropriate for students of all levels. We write and design examinations ranging from simple to complex. The teacher devised tasks that everyone could complete. As a result, no one is left behind.
One of the purposes of the educational system is to provide quality
instruction to students. As a result, the results are tailored to the demands of the individual and all levels can adjust to challenges in classroom activities.

MEM Students EXAM
1. What are the strength and weaknesses of our educational
System ? what solution can you suggest to the common problem we are facing ? - Our educational system's strengths are the government's support for the department of education, our students' attitudes, and our teachers, who are very passionate about their jobs. Our weaknesses are the technology and equipment for our teachers and students, the internet connection, which is very useful for research, and the teacher's salary, which is inadequate. One of the most common issues we have in our educational system is that instructors are overworked and do not have enough time to rest. This is not a new issue for our teachers; despite being underpaid, they do their jobs at home. I propose that our government appoint more teachers and non-teaching positions in order to reduce our paperwork. As a result, our teacher will concentrate on teaching children.
2. Choose 5 countries from the ones we studied in the class and
point out the similarities and differences in terms of goals , schedule, subject included, support from government, class size, graduate school and best practices. - In terms of goals, all 20 countries we discussed have the same goals, which is for the best for learners. Singapore, Malaysia, and China followed the same schedule as our educational system, which has four quarters. Next, all countries cover the same courses, but the timetable is not overburdened. In terms of government assistance, the Philippines has the lowest budget for education, but the government provides full support to our students. The class size is also large, as it is in other countries. And the best practices of our educational system are the activities that keep students interested in learning and our teachers attending more trainings and seminars.
