Simple Step For CNC (V1.1)

The document provides instructions for setting up and connecting a CNC system. It describes: 1. Checking that all components are included and in good condition, such as the host controller, panel, cables, servo drivers, motors, and optional items. 2. Making the basic connections between the host controller, panel, servo drivers, spindle servo driver, handheld box, I/O relay board, external spindle encoder, and linear scale. 3. Providing power to the servo drivers, motors and spindle motor to complete the plug and play setup of the CNC system. Detailed connection diagrams are included for each step.

How to use CNC system Quickly?

Step 1: Check all products are included & Appearance of products are at good condition.
CNC System: Host Controller + Panel+Cables
990 Series 1000 Series 1500 Series

990 Series Controller is 1000 Series controller is host 1500 Series controller is
one-piece,host controller & controller+panel, panel can be vertical ,host controller+panel,
panel is together. A type, B type,C type or E type panel can be A type or B type.
Control Cables for CNC system.
Remark of Cable 990 Series 1000 Series 1500 Series Function
CN15 Cable - Yes Yes For connect panel
CN5 Yes Yes Yes For Control drivers.
CN3 Yes Yes Yes For control spindle/relays
CN10 Yes Yes Yes For control spindle/relays
CN4 Yes Yes Yes For control turret/Magazine
Note: maybe they are some other cables as different CNC system.
If with optional items, please check if they are included.
MPG(Handheld Box) SP-Encoder IO Relay Board Linear Scale

Servo System: Servo Drivers+Servo Motors+Cables

Servo Driver Servo Motor Cables

Spindle Servo System: Spindle Servo Driver+Spindle Servo Motor+Cables

Spindle Servo Driver Spindle Servo Motor Cables

Note: If total CNC system are from us at one time, we should make all cables well, you can plug
and play.
How to Plug and Play?

Step2: How to make connection for CNC?(Take 1000 Series As Example)

1)Connect Host Controller with Operational Panel(A/B/C/E Panel)

2)Voltage of CNC System is from 100V-240VAC, suggestion:Single Phase 220VAC/50Hz

Note: This is simple connection for CNC controller. If real using, please add one noise-filter &
other protective devices.
3)Connect Controller to Servo Drivers.

Note: When CNC is configured with related axes, there are related control cable for feeding axes.
4) Connect Controller to Spindle Servo Driver(without IO relay board/SZGH-IO-Relay-Board)

5) Connect Controller to MPG(Handheld Box)

6) Connect Controller to IO Relay Board(SZGH-CNC-IO-12)

Note: when CNC system is with IO relay board & Spindle servo driver together, some control
signals for spindle are connected to IO relay board.
7)Connect External Spindle-Encoder to CNC controller (CN9 Plug)

8) Connect Linear Scale to CNC controller(CN13 plug/C series CNC controller)

9) Input Power connection for Axis&Spindle servo driver

10) Connect Servo Driver to Servo Motor
11) Connect Spindle servo Driver to Spindle Servo Motor
