and bathyscapes (diving rooms):
4- The divers who will carry out the diving operation will submit their diving proficiency licenses and annual health
examination reports and will give copies of them to the Occupational Safety unit to be put in the Employee's

13- The diving supervisor will definitely give a briefing before the dive and describe the work to be done under water
and record the dive report in writing.
14- Considering the possibility of the diver catching nitrogen narcosis in deep dives, necessary measures will be
evaluated before diving and divers will be warned in the briefing given before diving.
15- Diver assistants will be at least one diver except stand-by diver.
16- During the dives, wind intensity and sea currents status will be determined before the dive. If the current speed is
1.5 knots (3 km/h) and above or if the wind speed is over 25 knots (50 km/h), the diver will not be allowed to dive,
and in compulsory situations, diving will be carried out by taking special arrangements and protective measures.
17- 2-year periodic inspection of diving equipment will be made and certified by the provincial Port Authority and
copies of these documents will be given to the Occupational Safety Unit.
18- It will be certified that respiratory gases (Air, HeO2, Nitrox, Oxygen) comply with purity standard.
19- During the diver's raising from the bottom to the surface, the ascending speed to surface will be complied with, and
in case of fast surfacing, the missed decompression procedure will be applied.
20- In dives deeper than 12 meters, divers who will dive using a hookah kit or a surface-fed diving suit kit will be
equipped with a SCUBA tube carried in the back for an emergency in addition to the air hose.
21- In case of poor underwater vision, underwater projector will be used and communication will be established.

26- In dives deeper than 40 meters, the diving company will declare a treatment center "at a distance that will have the
patient diver to be treated can be taken under pressure within a maximum of 30 minutes" and will bring a contract
letter stating that it will provide service from the said diver treatment center. ("Professional Divers/Underwater
Men Regulation")
27- Divers will be employed as insured.
28- In systems with gas supply from the surface, the non-return valve on the diving head will be subjected to air smoke
