T he Riyadh Bus Stops and Bus Rapid

Transit (BRT) System Project is an in-
tegral part of the transportation facilities
currently being developed for the city of
Riyadh including the new Riyadh Metro. It
is an extremely high-profile project provid-
ing unique stations for the BRT as well as a
comprehensive network of comfortable and
functional passenger facilities. All but the
smallest of the passenger pick up facilities
are architecturally designed, enclosed and
fully air-conditioned. Dome Role was to
prepare 3d model and fabrication orders for
the roof panels including all drawings and
details.

KING ABDULLAH FINANCIAL DISTRICT

K AFD project is planned to become the

largest financial centre in the Middle
East, this development features multiple
mixed-use, high-rise building. Parcel 5.03
(a two-tower complex consisting of an of-
fice tower, residential tower and a common
retail and parking podium). Dome has pro-
vided all design related services.

KING ABDULLAH FINANCIAL DISTRICT

P arcel 5.05 is situated at the centre of dis-

trict 5 of the King Abdulah Financial
District. It is zoned to be the culminating
high point within its urban district. The plot
is organized with the residential tower at the
south edge and the office tower at the north
edges.

 KAFD MUSEUM
KING ABDULLAH FINANCIAL DISTRICT

A world class Museum complex very

sophisticated and unique in design
made up of a Science Museum and Geo-
Climate Centre located in the KAFD. Each
building contains huge of spaces, focused
on learning through observation and hands
on investigation.
The KAFD Science Museum and Geo-
Climate Centre are each planned into four
galleries Earth, Water, Fire and Air drawing
inspiration from the Islamic tradition of
alchemy that led to modern chemistry. The
Geo-Climate Centre has IMAX theatre
while the Science Museum has a space
planetarium. Dome was responsible for
design of 4000 sq of the exterior façade.

nal partitions and external façades. We have
