Ego Resilience Scale

The document provides two resilience scales, the 14-Item Ego Resilience Scale and the 14-Item Resilience Scale, for individuals to self-assess their level of resilience. The Ego Resilience Scale consists of 14 statements for which individuals rate how well each applies to them from 1 (does not apply at all) to 4 (applies very strongly). Scores are interpreted based on levels of resilience from very high to very low. The 14-Item Resilience Scale consists of 14 statements for which individuals rate their agreement from 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree). Scores are added and interpreted based on ranges indicating very high to very low resilience tendencies. The scales are

a statement, circle "1". If you are neutral, circle "4", and if you strongly agree, circle "7", etc.
