Title

This course builds on the foundation of sports skills, by enhancing the techniques and tactics of any two racket sports and athletics (running and/or jumping/throwing events).
Through skills training and coaching, students will be able to execute the basic techniques of the sport proficiently; and apply the basic tactics which include offense, def,ense and

to nurture and inspire learner participation in sports for fitness and health purposes. The course is delivered through a combination of strategically designed face-to-face and

Providing you hereinbelow the instructions to complete the syllabus template:

#1 Provide the Course Information on first page.


#2 Provide the College Goals.
#3 Provide the Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) which are based on the program’s CMO.
#4 Please check specific alignment of PLO’s to Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs).
#5 Assigned Faculty may provide the Performance Indicators per program CMO. (Optional, depending on your CMO requirement)
#6 Check the alignment of PIs to PLOs.
#7 Provide CLOs specific to the expected outcomes from the students after the learning activities have been completed.
Suggest limiting the use at least one active verb in a specific CLOs.
#8 Check the alignment of CLOs to PLOs, indicate if the outcomes are Learn, Practice, or there is an Opportunity for Development. Pls. see legend.

#9 Outcomes-Based Teaching and Learning Plan (OBTL PLAN)


#9.1 Provide the schedule/Week (18 weeks per course including day/s of Mid-Term and Final Examination schedules.
#9.2 Provide the Desired Learning Outcomes (DLOs) for specific learning content/topic per week.
#9.3 Indicate the alignment of DLOs to CLOs.
#9.4 Provide a list of Learning of Content/Topics
Include learning resources, instructional materials, Chapters, pages, etc.
Provide clear instructions and requirements
#9.5 Instructional Delivery Design (IDD)
9.5.1 Provide activities for Face-to-Face mode of learning and teaching, if the class schedule is onsite.
9.5.2 Provide FLTAs activities if the class schedule is online/virtual mode;
#9.6 Assessment Tasks (Tas)
Provide course evaluation procedure and grading system;
May include assignments, exams and other requirements with due dates.

#10 Provide References from Ninoy Aquino Learning and Library Resources Center (NALLRC)
at least five (5) Curriculum-based book listings (CBBL) with copyright and publication within the last five (5) years,
which may include reference books, journals and e-resources subscriptions.
Assigned faculty may include other references.
#11 Assigned faculty may provide classroom policies, rules and guidelines for Face-to-Face Delivery and FLTAs delivery mode of teaching and learning.
#12 Assigned faculty may provide course requirement/s with CLO links
Indicate the course learning outcomes (CLOs) that are directly achieved by each of the expected/suggested course requirements.
Ensure that the fulfillment of all course requirements mean that the majority (if not all) the CLOs are achieved.
#13 Provide the grading system.
#14 Faculty assigned may provide the rubrics for assessment/s.
#15 Provide the details for Class Information;
#16 Provide the details for Faculty Information;
#17 The completed syllabus must be signed and dated by the Faculty/Committee, Reviewed and Checked by Chairperson/Academic Head, Recommended for approval by
the Dean/Director and Approved by the VPAA.
