Syllabus - Individual and Dual Sports
This course builds on the foundation of sports skills, by enhancing the techniques and tactics of any two racket sports and athletics (running and/or jumping/throwing events).
Through skills training and coaching, students will be able to execute the basic techniques of the sport proficiently; and apply the basic tactics which include offense, def,ense and
