ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Title of Activity SEPTEMBER PROGRAM/ ACTIVITIES
Objectives At the end of the month, the participants are
expected to:
1. Acquire greater understanding in order to
make meaningful contributions towards
enhancing the education of students, the
school, its staff, and the entire community;
2. Engaged with enthusiasm in all organized
activities and programs; and
3. Value the importance of supporting the
various activities/programs for the
improvement of the learners and all other
stakeholders involved.

Highlights  The month of September started with the the
conduct of Pretest of GST to Grade 3, PHIL-
IRI, FLAT (Pretest) and Rapid Math
Assessment Post Test Consolidation on
September 4-6, 2023 by the Class Advisers.
The result of the assessment will be the basis
for the student’s remediation, intervention
and enhancement.

 On September 6, 2023 , the Grade 4-6 Class

Advisers also conducted the Early
Language, Literacy and Numeracy
Assessment (ELLNA) to the Grade 4-6
learners. This type of assessment is done to
assess the numeracy and literacy skills of the
students.

 On the 8th day of September 2023, Gerardo

D. Verano Jr. Elementary School conducted
its 1st General Assembly Meeting and
HRPTA Meeting to strengthen the
partnership between the teaching and non-

teaching staff of GDVES to the parents and
other stakeholders of the school. Election of
HRPTA and SPTA officers were also conducted
on the same day. (See photos on the next
page/s)

 After the General Assembly Meeting and

HRPTA Meeting, the SELG Officers, YES-O
Officers and SPTA Officers, joined forces as
they led the Launching of World Teachers
Day on September 8, 2023. They prepared a
short program to acknowledge the passionate
and hardworking teachers of Gerardo D.
Verano Jr. Elementary School. The students
showed their gratitude by giving of flowers
and the parents and other SPTA officers
expressed it by their warm messages. (See
photos on the next page/s). The program
ended with warm smiles from the teachers,
students, and parents.

 As stipulated in the Dep-Ed calendar of

activities, September is also the month for
Physical Fitness Implementation. The Grade
4-6 Teachers of GDVES conducted the
Physical Fitness Implementation on the
10th day of September 2023.

 On September 15, 2023, The Science

Month Culmination was conducted at
GDVES mini dome. The Science Coordinator,
Marlon R. Narisma in partnership with
Gloriavic M. Virtudazo led the program by
preparing fun-filled activities such as: quiz
bowl, science experiment, trivia, poster
making and film showing about Science to all
grade level. Then, certificates and awards
were given as reward for the winners on the

 To promote cleanliness on the whole school
ground and strengthen the partnership
between the school and its stakeholders, the
GDVES conducted its “Monthly Pahina” on
September 21, 2023. Parents/Guardians as
well as the SPTA Officers contributed their
time and effort to maintain the cleanliness of
both outside and inside the school premises.

 The whole month of September was filled with

activities that support the students, the
teachers and the whole school community. It
is indeed a notable month which highlights
the camaraderie of the persons involved.

Insights “Do all things with love”. The success of the

activities is done through the collaborative and
passionate efforts of everyone involved.
