    “Laundry Name” LAUNDRY SERVICES

    Laundry Staff(s) Duties & Responsibilities

    Opening (Morning)
    Phase 1: Turn “ON” Switch for LPG, and Machine Breaker

    1. Open LPG Cage. Turn “ON” Switch and Gas Cylinder


    2. Turn “ON” LPG Main Switch Inside the Shop
    3. Switch “ON” Machine Breaker for Washer and Dry 1 to 4.
    4. Switch “ON” MOTOR PUMP BREAKER and EXHAUST FAN.

    Phase 2: Shop Routines

    1. Wipe / Clean the Machines (Washers & Dryers) Gently


    2. Clean the desk, glass door and Product Shelves (Arrange Liquid Detergents and
    Fabcon)
    3. Clean and Mop The Floor
    4. Always Check the Customers Laundry (WEIGHT, POCKETS, and SIZE OF FABRIC)
    to recommend the right way to do laundry.
    5. Teach first time customers the correct way of PUTTING LIQUID DETERGENTS and
    FABCON Into the right DISPENSER.

    Closing (Evening)
    1. Gently Remove Soap Dispenser. Wash it and Wipe it dry.
    2. At 6:30pm Cut – off, if no more customers, Deep Clean the Washing Machines after.
    ( Please refer to TUB CLEAN GUIDE). Depending if the washers are heavily used.
    3. Compute TOTAL SALES, # OF WASHER & DRYER LOADS, PRODUCT INVENTORY, and
    CASH ON HAND.
    4. Clean the floor and throw garbage.

    Phase 3: *Turn “OFF” Switch for LPG, Machine Breaker and Lights.

    5. Switch “OFF” MACHINE BREAKER FOR WASHER AND DRYER 1 to 3.


    6. Switch “OFF” (UNPLUG ) MOTOR PUMP.
    7. Switch “OFF” LPG Main Switch INSIDE the Shop
    8. Open LPG CAGE. Turn “OFF” LPG SWITCH AND GAS CYLINDER.
    9. Turn “OFF” All LIGHTS.
    TUB CLEAN ( DEEP CLEAN) PROGRAM GUIDE: FOR LG WASHERS

    *PUT 1 TABLESPOON CHLORINE MIXED WITH 1 DIPPER OF WATER INTO THE WASHING
    MACHINE.

    Step 1: Press “HOT & COLD” Button at the same time.


    Step 2: Press “WARM” 3 Times
    Step 3: Press “START”
    Step 4: Press “Warm” 1 time -> look for “TCL” symbol
    Step 5: Press “START”

    CYCLE KILL FOR DRYER: (If the customer doesn’t want to continue the cycle)
    (FOR MANAGEMENT INFORMATION ONLY) FOR LG DRYERS

    Step 1: Press “HIGH & LOW” Temperature at the same time


    Step 2: Press “MEDIUM” temperature 3 times
    Step 3: Press “Start”
    Step 4: Navigate medium or low temp and look for “HILL” (Kill Symbol), then Press “Start”
    Step 5: Press “MEDIUM” Temperature 17 times
    Step 6: Press “START”

    NOTE:
    *To Cancel / Exit Program mode – Press “Hot / High Temperature” 3 times.

    MACHINE MAINTENANCE:

    Tub Clean – Everyday if washers are always used (ask supplier)


    Draining of Washers – Every Thursday (ask supplier)

    SAMPLE FIXED EXPENSES:

    RENT ( Every 30th of the Month)


    Witholding Tax (Every 10th of the Month)
    Percentage Tax (Every 20th of the Month)
    WIFI (Every 20th of the Month)
    SALARY (Every 15th and 30th of the Month)
