A) CHECKING & ADJUSTMENT
1) Check evaporator fan belt tension, condition &
alignment
2) Check evaporator blower fan blade condition
3) Check evaporator blower fan motor condition
4) Check evaporator fin condition
5) Check condition of piping, ducting & insulation
6) Check control panel condition
7) Check vibration & noise
8) Check drain pan / condenser drain for blockage
9) Check all bearing & moving parts
10) Check all electrical connections
11) Check & fine tune control valve, sensors & dampers
12) Check thermostats, safety cutouts, modulating
dampers & other automatic controls
13) Flushing piping system (Air vent)
14) Cleaning pipe strainer (if necessary)
B) SERVICING
1) Wipe blower unit
2) Wash air filter, replace if necessary
3) Clean drain pan tray
4) Tighten fan belt pulley
5) Water wash cooling coil
6) Comb dented fins of coils
7) Remove all unwanted materials
8) Grease all fan bearings & moving parts
9) Remove dirt & excessive grease
10) Tighten all electrical connections/motor terminal
11) Chemical wash the cooling coil (if necessary)
C) OPERATING DATA
1) Blower running amps (Amps)
2) Off Coil temperature (*C / "F) (Room Temperature)
3) High pressure (psi/bar)
4) Low pressure (psi/bar)
