Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh nyata terhadap kepuasan
konsumen Beijibound Coffee Kisaran. .Berdasarkan persamaan regresi terlihat bahwa koefisien variabel harga
positif yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat harga, maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan konsumen yang
dihasilkan.Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama yang menyatakan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan
konsumen Beijibound Coffee Kisaran, terbukti. Hal ini didukung oleh hasil analisi deskriptif yang menunjukkan
bahwa kebanyakan responden memberikan jawaban setuju,dikarenakan harga yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan
kualitas rasa serta harga yang terjangkau , maka ini akan meningkatkan pula nilai kepuasan pada
konsumen. Ini sejalan dengan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Tjiptono, 2005:151 yang mengatakan bahwa “pada
tingkat harga tertentu, bila manfaat yang dirasakan konsumen meningkat, maka nilainya akan meningkat pula.
