With this feature, you can implement custom logic to allocate a


newly created billing document of a given billing document type to
one of several number range intervals.

Predictive analytics by monitoring delivery performance

This app allows you to identify the risk of a potential delay for open
sales orders regarding the predicted delay of the planned delivery
to the customer. This enables you to take action early on to avoid a
possible delay. It does this by focusing on the Predicted Delay of
Delivery Creation and Predicted Delivery Processing Delay.
Value Proposition
 Gain early insight into your fulfillment on the planned delivery
date and take actions for improvement, if necessary

Capabilities
Monitor the predicted delay of a planned customer delivery in the
context of sales order fulfillment, to instantly recognize issues and
trigger the appropriate actions with the SAP Fiori app "Predicted
Delivery Delay":
 Extension of the measurement of the delay to in-time supply of
procurement processes, to the creation of outbound deliveries
as follow-ups to sales orders, and across transportation
planning, picking, packing, and shipping in the delivery process
 Check the list of all sales documents with their predicted delays
and take specific actions to resolve the issues, considering the
influencer causing the delay

Sales scheduling agreements for component manufacturing

With this app, you can display details and contextual information of
a sales scheduling agreement on header, item, and schedule line
level. Examples include process flow, customer reference,
requirements and delivery relevance, customer fiscal year, and
cumulative quantities. You can also extend the app according to
your business needs.

Integration preliminary billing documents in process flow

Preliminary billing documents are intended purely for


negotiation purposes. Similarly to regular billing
documents, you create them on the basis of billing due list
items such as sales orders, debit memos, and deliveries.
You can show preliminary billing documents to customers
to align on exact details (such as prices, payment terms,
and the billing date). If changes become necessary, you
can make these changes before you create the final billing
documents that customers are expected to settle. You can
then send these final billing documents out to your
customers, safe in the knowledge that both parties are
fully aligned regarding the upcoming settlement. This
functionality is aimed primarily at the professional services
industry.

Preliminary billing documents are now displayed as part of
the billing document process flow.
