Other Benefits and Notes :
You will be working in 6 days a week and will observe Sunday as your regualr Weekly off as per the present practice. You will
have to adhere to the changes in rules in this regards from time to time. The above CTC offered to you is for working in 6 days a
week.
Employee will be covered under the Hospitalization Scheme for self & family (spouse + 2 children )
Annual Limit - Rs 150000 /- per annum.
Employee will be covered 24*7 under the Company's Group Accident Policy

*Annual Bonus has been apportioned to Monthly Bonus and will be paid on monthly basis
In addition to above CTC you will be eligible for the Variable Pay Allowance / Productivity Reward and Punctuality Allowance
(linked to attendance) as per the Scheme of the Company as applicable to your cadre from time to time
Leave will be applicable as per Leave Policy of the Company applicable to your cadre.

Canteen Recovery of Rs. 700/- per month applicable to you will be adjusted from Supplementary allowance referred herein
above and revised Supplementary allowance after adjustment will appear in monthly Salary slip.

Probation period will be of six months from the date of joining. Based on your performance during probation period,company
reserves right to decide on Confirmation in the services of the Company
LTA will be paid monthly basis

PF, Gratuity and ESIC will be applicable as per the provisions of the respective Acts in force from time to time.

You will also be entitled for the Loyalty Bonus as per the scheme of Company

Expected Date of joining : On or before - 01.09.2022

Retirement age will be completion of 55 years of age

Salary figures shown above are subject to Income tax and other statutory deductions
