A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. JUSTINE V.

CRISOSTOMO AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY

TANZA 2, NAVOTAS CITY

Whereas Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan

Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary shall be appointed by the

Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all

the SK members from among the members of the KK.

Whereas Mr. Justine V. Crisostomo possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan

Secretary as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of Mr.

Justine V. Crisostomo of Barangay Tanza 2, Navotas City until the end of the term of the

appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to Mr. Justine V. Crisostomo for

her file, copy furnish the DILG City/ Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the

Local Youth Development Office of Navotas City, for their information and record.

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. KEI CHRISTINE J.

SORIANO AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY

TANZA 2, NAVOTAS CITY

Whereas Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan

Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by the

Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all

the SK members from among the members of the KK.

Whereas Ms. Kei Christine J. Soriano possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang

Kabataan Treasurer as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

Kei Christine J. Soriano of Barangay Tanza 2, Navotas City until the end of the term of the

appointing authority unless sooner removed.
