    The position is open for students pursuing Masters in Business Administration students who will complete the course by April, 2024. The position will be
    based out of our Hyderabad/Bangalore/Nagpur facility and will be responsible for: Process optimization, Planning, NPD, Metric Management, Optimization
    of our production process, supply chain management, project management for existing and new programs and Implementation of gated processes in our
    production system (Saksham). The candidate has to complete a list of pre-joining medical tests to be eligible to work with us. The list shall be shared along-
    with the offer letter. The service conditions will entail a year of probation upon joining. The candidate will benefit from the medical insurance, accidental
    covers and elaborate leave policies of Tata Aerospace and Defense group in addition to the remuneration mentioned in the offer letter.
