Role Overview

We are looking for Mid to Senior Java Engineers to manage the software development life cycle, from planning, prioritizing and development to testing and release. The
Java Engineer responsibilities include gathering system and user requirements, building Java modules and testing features before release. If you have hands-on
experience developing software with agile methodologies and are ready to lead our junior developers, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will deploy and maintain
functional, secure and high-quality applications.

General Information
Location: Dhaka Bangladesh

Deadline: 2023-11-30

Position: Senior

Salary Range: 80000 - 150000 BDT Per (month)

Responsibilities
• Identify and analyze user requirements

• Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code

• Develop Secure Java applications

• Define Technical Implementation plan from a Customer Requirement

• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications

• Design database architecture

• Schedule product releases with internal teams

• Prepare and produce releases of software components

• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

• Review, test and debug team member’s code

• Document development phases

• Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date

Requirements
• Good English communication skills are a must

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Java Engineer

• Experience designing, building and testing Java applications

• In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks Spring Boot, Spring MVC etc.

• Working Experience with Java ORM tools such as Hibernate

• Experience with DB migrations tools such as liquibase, flyway etc.

• Working Knowledge of popular RDBMS such as Postgresql, MSSQL, Oracle.

• Experience with Test driven development is a plus

• Practical experience with Java 8 at least

• Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)

• Good delegation and time management skills
