User stories :

1. As an Authorized user , I want to easily redirect from partner application on the Payback
platform, so that I can view my current reward points.

2. As an Authorized user , I want to browse a catalog of available rewards and their redemption
options, so that I can redeem E-Vouchers, Miles, and Recharge.

3. As an Authorized user , I want to filter reward options by categories such including E-


Vouchers, Physical Products, Miles, and Recharge, so that it makes easier to find
rewards.

4. As an Authorized user, I want to see detailed information about each reward option, so that I can
check expiry date, and any restrictions.

5. As an Authorized user, I want to redeem my reward points, so that I can buy E-Vouchers,
Physical Products.

6. As an Authorized user, I want to provide feedback on the redemption process, so that I can
express my overall experience.

Business rules:

1) An authorized user navigate must be from partner application to join the rewards site .

2) Reward points are earned based on the value of purchases made with partner businesses.

3) Points may expire after a certain period of inactivity.

4) The redemption catalog will have a predefined list of rewards with point values.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. As an Authorized user redirect from partner application, I can have access to accumulated reward
points.

2. Given that I should be able to browse a catalog of rewards, such as gift cards, travel vouchers, or
other available options.

3. Given that the microsite should allow me to filter and search for rewards based on categories, point
value, or keywords, making it easy to find what I'm interested in.

4. Given that Each reward listing should provide detailed information, including the number of points
required, a description, terms and conditions, and an image representing the reward.

5. Given that I should receive a confirmation number of points that will be deducted from my account
for the chosen reward.

6. Then After redemption, I should be able to view the status of my order, including confirmation.
