Objective of the Activity:
This assignment aims to familiarize students with Mintzberg’s managerial roles. It will help the
students to apply their knowledge to real-world organizational scenarios.
Topic: Managerial Roles
Question:
Read the below statements and identify the correct type of interpersonal, informational, and
decisional roles. (2 marks each for identification)
