TalentPop's clients are large e-commerce companies abroad. Make sure you research
e-commerce, Shopify, and CRM tools like Gorgias and Zendesk. Even if you have no
experience with those, make sure you watch the basics on how it works. What is the use of
those tools?

Be ready with your internet connection and laptop specs. Before interviewing check your
speed test and specs.

Be confident even if you don't know the tools very well. Make them feel that you are willing to
learn and that you are studying in advance about it with the tools mentioned.

Prepare a copy of your resume because it will summarize your work experience.
