RATIONALE

Many learners who cannot read face significant challenges in their educational journey. This problem not only hinders their academic progress but also affects
their overall self-esteem and confidence. Without the ability to read, students struggle to access information, comprehend instructions, and engage with the
curriculum effectively. This can lead to frustration and a lack of enthusiasm for learning, which can persist throughout their lives.

Addressing the issue of illiteracy and reading difficulties is crucial for ensuring every learner has an equal opportunity for success. Project: Buklat, Basa, Bida
offers a promising solution to this problem. This program is dedicated to promoting literacy and reading proficiency among students of all ages, particularly
those facing obstacles in their reading development. Through innovative teaching methods, personalized support, and access to a wide range of reading
materials, Project: Buklat, Basa, Bida empowers learners to unlock the world of written words. By focusing on tailored strategies and fostering a love for
reading, the program can help individuals overcome their reading challenges and pave the way for a brighter educational future.

The impact of Project: Buklat, Basa, Bida in addressing the problem of illiteracy is profound. By equipping learners with essential reading skills, the program
not only enhances their academic performance but also boosts their confidence, self-esteem, and overall cognitive development. Moreover, as these
individuals become proficient readers, they are better prepared for a lifetime of learning and success, ensuring that the cycle of illiteracy is broken, and the
path to a brighter, more literate future is illuminated.
