and so far i think both
facebook and instagram
organization is pretty good
but as for the Tiktok it needs
ALOT of work...

for social media marketing better pics, videos for video marketing , if we manage to have
and for videos we can use capcut or tiktok an appealing tiktok account that attracts
depending on which social media platform its local influencers it could boost our

for the social media ads there are 2 possible

ways depending on how the budget goes,
1. sign up with an agency for promotion of
the restaurant but its a bit costly
2. on our own but we need to be familiar
with it and its less costly but have to pay
to the sites and can get familiar with it

Referral program
To get new customers through word of mouth,
then to make sure this strategy works we can offer
discounts, freebies etc... to the referrer and the new
customer

before i have seen in a restaurant they distributed some

flyers that mentioned if the flyer was presented when
ordering they will give a free cocktail i think this was a
good strategy but flyers werent the best choice but i did
see them gaining a few customers.
Customer reviews
Lot of new customers come after looking at
reviews therefore asking customers to review on
website or other social media platforms.
but the most effective is on google maps because
people in the area visiting or living search on
google maps mostly and tend to check the reviews
there.

Another experience was i was at a shop and they

offered me a free cola for a review on google
maps. was quite satisfied :)

i knew some shops that handed out a
card and would mark it on every
purchase until the 10th purchase and on
the 11th they would either offer a
discount or something small for free

this is basically promotion through events and
other sorts of entertainment which we are
already doing and is amazing.
