Car Accessories Management System

Abstract
“Car Accessories Management System” project is describes the inward stock alert system
sufficiently to determine the feasibility and usability of a finished system. The core concept is to
track the sale of items and check the product availability in the stock.The main idea is to develop
a software interface for go downs for managing total transactions of goods and delivers and
money management and sending alert to the admin about the up to date product availability in
the go down. Users are provided with graphical GUI for accessing historic data. This application
provides graphical graphs to view data for easy understanding and managing daily transactions
with intake and outgoing data mentioned clearly. This application works on centralized database.
Changes made by the sale persons in the product availability will be reflected on database. This
software works on online platform which support multi user login.

The admin can add the total availability of cars into the database and he can also
manipulate the purchased products details from suppliers and supplier’s details too and he can
also maintain the sold products details, customer details. After purchased the product customer
have to pay the amount.

Modules Description

Admin module

Admin module is the module which is used by the admin to manipulate the overall activities of
the product. Admin can add the total availability of product into the database and he can also
manipulate the purchased products details from suppliers and supplier’s details too. And he can
also maintain the sold products details, customer details.

Supplier module

Supplier module is the module which is used to manipulate the supplier’s details and product
details from suppliers.

Purchaser module

Purchaser module is to manipulate the purchaser (i.e. customer) details and sold products details
to the customer.

Sale person module


Sale person use this sale person module. After the product selling, sale persons have to put the
bill for the sold product. During that time, sold product is minuses from the total number of
availability product at the time.

Alert generation module

This module is used to generate the alert about the product availability in the godown.For every
selling of the product, alert will be generated and send to the admin about the stock availability
in the godown.

Report module

By this module overall activities of the product is to be considered


Existing System
Existing system works on manual process where record maintenance is not a easy task. In this
method it is hard to retrieve older records and there are chances of loosing data. Using this new
system can solve all the above problems and provide secure and user friendly application.

Disadvantages

More time to deliver the fruit to customer.


No proper communication.
Not a user friendly
There is no security in data.
Proposed System
The development of this new system is to manipulating the stock availability in the godown
section systematically. The proposed system, try to develop on-line application by keeping the
entire process in the view of database integration approach.

Advantages of the proposed system


 Quick and efficient way of communication about the stock management.
 High accuracy in record maintenance.
 Efficient systematic record maintenance.

 Proposed system is less time consuming and user friendly

Conclusion

Car accessories management system is implement a new system will involve changing from a
manual system to a computerized system where both data and procedures will maintain. This
software will totally convert the manual system into the automated system. The measure includes
finding out the scope of the problem, study of current or existing system, analyzing the system,
designing the proposed system.

Future Enhancement

In future enhance this system in live hosting server. The sms and mail concept will be added in
the future process.

The web application is converted as mobile based application.
