5TH GRADUATION EXERCISES

“K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity”

Opening spiel:

Graduation day signifies the culmination of many years of hard work in the
relentless pursuit of knowledge: Knowledge that will enable a person to
embrace opportunities and take on challenges with clear vision and
purpose.
Good afternoon and welcome to the 5th Senior High School Graduation
Exercises of Dapa National High School with the theme: “K to
12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of
Adversity”.
(Wait for soldiers to raise swords)
Ladies and Gentlemen, the Processional March. (pause then go)
Please welcome the faculty and Staff of Dapa National High School,
starting with:
 The Senior High School Department, with Mrs. Cristell Joy E. Raza
the head for the academics and Mrs. Maria Lynda A. Sajol, the head
for Technical-Vocational Track
 The English Department together with their Department Head, Mrs.
Elsie S. Oraliza.
 Filipino Department with their Department Head, Mrs. Aileen D. Sulla
 The Mathematics Department headed by Mr. Danilo L. Bido
 Science Department, marching forward with their Department Head,
Mrs. Marietta C. Asignar
 Araling Panlipunan Department with their Department Head,

Let us imbibe the spirit of nationalism through the singing of the national
anthem. This will be followed by an invocation and the singing of CARAGA
March and DepEd Siargao Hymn with Mrs. Elfe Ann T. Ranza conducting.
Please rise.
(command “aliskupya na!”)
After the songs…
(command “balikupya na!” ….Wait till the officers are gone)
You may now be seated.

To warmly welcome us all in this monumental day, let us welcome on stage


Princess Mae V. Ybanez, a General Academic Strand student with High
Honors.

At this juncture, the candidates for graduation of school year 2021-2022 of


Dapa National High School will be presented by our school principal IV, Dr.
Jovy C. Liza. This will be followed by the proclamation of graduates by our
Public Schools District Supervisor, Madam Liza E. Conte. Afterwhich, our
Schools Division Superintend, Dr. Nelia S. Lomocso, will confirm the
candidates for Graduation.

Again, Congratulations, graduates.
We have come to one of the most significant parts of our program, the
Distribution of diploma and the presentation of academic excellence
awards. For this, may we request our School Principal IV, Dr. Jovy C. Liza,
Public Schools District Supervisor, Madam Liza E. Conte, together with our
Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Nelia S. Lomocso, to distribute the
diplomas and awards.
(read the citation of diploma before letting the class advisers read the
list of graduates)

At this juncture, let us welcome once again, our Schools Division
Superintendent, Dr. Nelia S. Lomocso for her inspirational message.

Thank you, ma’am.
Let us also hear a message of gratitude from a representative of Batch
2022, for this, may we request Ms. Bianca C. Avila, from the General
Academic Strand, with HIGH HONORS.

For the Graduates’ Pledge of Loyalty to their Alma Mater, we would like to
request Ms. Nedelyn T. Boticial from the TVL Strand, With High Honors
For the Oath of Graduates to the DNHS Alumni Association, let us
welcome the DNHS Alumni President, Mr. Irvin C. Bendanillo.

We would like to request everybody to stand and witness as the graduates

Closing Spiel.
Indeed, life is a journey and every day is an adventure. The road ahead will
not be easier as there will be twists, turns, and bumps along the way. But
always bear in mind that the only impossible journey is the one you fail to
begin.
Ladies and gentlemen, once again, Dapa National High School Batch2022!

Reminders before the exercises:

Attention please, Teachers, Parents, and students, we are about begin our
graduation exercises, please find a seat and make yourselves comfortable.
I’m Mr. Niell O. Figuron and I’ll be the master of ceremonies for today.
Before we begin the event, may I remind everybody to wear facemask and
observe health protocols all the time. Also, please turn your phones into
silent mode and refrain from creating loud noises so to preserve the
solemnity of the exercises. We are encouraging you to express your pride by
clapping your hands, especially during the awarding ceremony.
