1. The worker is wearing the harness properly.
2. The worker is attaching the harness properly.

5. Inspection of Buckles

G. Other Related Issues
7. Appropriate PPE stock available for hot work (e.g. cutting, welding, chemicals)
8. Clothing, shoes, gloves worn appropriate for special tasks being performed
9. Reflective vests used when working near roadways
10. Severe Weather proper PPE available and worn when needed (Masks, Ropes)
11. Uniforms and clothes are washed and clean
12. HSE monthly clearance codes / tags / coloring are available
