I. Introduction
Educators create, organize, and carry out educational programs, lesson plans, and curricular for
student audiences in their respective fields of expertise. Educators advise, test, and teach students
audiences in a variety of academic subjects. Presents and reinforces learning concept within a
specified subject or subject area. Also, coordinates retention activities including student mentor
programs, tutor services, advising, and study skills workshops; plans, develops, and coordinates

educational experience, services and facilities provided by educators. It also promotes your student
population’s mental health and stability, which are conducive to both short-term learning goals and
environments for the teaching of students under the direction of the teacher. School is a place for
students to earn academic knowledge and learn communication skills between students.
The quality of education significantly depends on the effectiveness of teaching services. The
teachers, as primary facilitators of learning, play a crucial role in shaping the academic experience of
students. Their ability to deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons can greatly influence student
satisfaction, which in turn may affect academic performance and overall school experience. This
research proposal aims to assess the level of satisfaction of students from San Jose National High

Additionally, the study will identify specific areas of the teaching services that may need
improvements and recognize effective strategies that contribute to student satisfaction. By identifying
these areas, the research can provide useful insights that may help improve teaching methods, thereby
Over the years, several studies have established a connection between student satisfaction and
academic performance. The teaching services, which includes teaching methods, teacher-student
interactions, and teacher competence, among others, have been shown to significantly influence
student satisfaction. This research proposal is built on the premise that student satisfaction can act as
Despite the importance of student satisfaction in enhancing the quality of education, there is a lack
of research focusing on this area in San Jose National High School. Therefore, this study aims to
bridge this gap by exploring the level of student satisfaction towards the teaching services provided

The main objective of this research is to assess the level of satisfaction of San Jose National High
School students towards the teaching services provided by their educators. Specific objectives
include:
a. To determine the overall level of student satisfaction with teaching services at San Jose

d. To provide recommendations for enhancing teaching services and improving the overall
The findings of this research could provide valuable insights for educators, school administrators,
and policymakers in San Jose National High School. By understanding the students’ perspective, they
can make informed decisions to improve teaching services, which could lead to enhanced student
satisfaction, better academic performance, and overall improvement in the quality of education.
Furthermore, this research could also contribute to the existing body of knowledge in the field of

Methodology
I. Research Design
The study used a descriptive method in documenting the level of students satisfaction to school
canteen services. It is descriptive because it sought to discover the level of satisfaction in different
ways. This approach will provide a comprehensive understanding of student satisfaction by capturing
II. Sampling
a. Population: The target population will be all students enrolled in San Jose National High School.
b. Sample Size: A representative sample will be selected using a stratified random sampling
technique. The sample size will be determined based on statistical calculations to ensure adequate
validated instruments to measure student satisfaction. The questionnaire will consist of Likert scale
items, where students will rate their level of satisfaction on various aspects of teaching services.
6
This study used the following instruments: checklist, questionnaires, ranking of rating scales. This
study used a researcher made survey-questionnaire. The survey questionnaire has three parts where:
First part is profile of the respondents; Second part is level of student’s satisfaction survey; Third part
is on the best way to improve SJNHS teaching services. Collection and recording of data were done
in the different grade level in San Jose National High School. The questionnaire was given to all
The researcher interviewed the respondents or participants for additional information that was not
written in the questionnaire. Therefore, the researchers asked first the permission of the Office of the
Principal and advisers of respondents for their authorization for the researcher to conduct this study.
Quantitative Analysis: The quantitative data collected through the questionnaires will be analyzed
using statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (e.g., t-tests, chi-square

tests, correlation analysis). This analysis will help identify patterns, trends, and statistical
The gathered data were subjected to quantitative analysis as well as the thick description. The
statistical tools used in this study were the frequency count, percentage and mean. The tabulated data
For the first problem of the study, frequency count was used to determine the profile of the
respondents which include their name, grade level, age, gender. After presenting the data through
frequency count, they were converted into percentage in order to describe the results.
On the other hand, the next problem was answered through the data gathered from the second part
of the questionnaire wherein the researchers identified the level of respondents’ satisfaction to the
teaching service of SJNHS educators. Meanwhile, the responses were tallied and subjected to a
weighted mean.
Thereafter, the third problem required the respondents to identify the actions that can be proposed
The expectation and actual score as described by the students were determined using the five-point

V. Ethical Considerations:
8
A. Informed Consent: Prior to data collection, informed consent will be obtained from all
B. Anonymity and Confidentiality: Participants’ identities and responses will be kept confidential
C. Institutional Approval: The research proposal will be submitted to the relevant authorities at
San Jose National High School for ethical and institutional review and approval.
VI. Limitations
It is important to acknowledge the potential limitations of the study, such as the sample size and the
specific context of San Jose National High School. Generalizability of the findings may be limited to
similar educational settings, and caution should be exercised when applying the results to other
contexts.
VII. Resources
The necessary resources, such as research assistants, data collection tools, and statistical software,
will be identified and allocated to ensure the successful completion of the study.
