QSPIDERS INCUBATION CENTRE
• WHAT IS INCUBATION CENTRE..???
• Every year we train 40,000 students and serve 3500 customers.
During July and Sept, we will not have fresh graduates who have completed
•
the course to meet the large requirement from our clients.
To avoid this choking situation we are creating 7 new incubation centers

•
across India, one of them, will be in Bangalore.
• We take top 5-8 students from each college.
Train them and keep them as reserve for the requirements during crisis, so
•
that student get opportunity to learn without paying .
• QSpiders get benefited by fulfilling customers requirement.
How our business runs
Placement cell activity
Fresh pass-outs come out of their colleges and then
join QSpiders
Training for these students take place till Oct-Nov
October to May
By now client requirement would have bombarded
Trained students of QSpiders are available
Full filling our clients requirement during June & September is

a challenge..
Hence Incubation center
Why Incubation center ?
June July Aug Sept
We get lot of students only after June
By the time they finish the course, it will be November
Hence, this is the period where we don’t get freshers who have
completed our training
But, we get lot of requirements for freshers during these

months
So, INCUBATION center will provide the required candidature in time

What next ?? Conduct test:
• Aptitude Test
• Communication skills
Select 6 candidates from each

Visit Top 10 stream
colleges in a Train them as per the client’s

requirement for 4-5 months at our
particular incubation center
region. Get them interviews & place them

at our incubation center itself
Or bring them to Bengaluru,

Chennai, Delhi, Pune etc for
interviews and place them
Training and Placement Program Cycle:
QSpiders would like to work with University/College and follow training and placement program for the students
as mentioned below.

QSpiders would shortlist the students from the university/college on below criteria for the
