Presented here are the details that refer to our offer of employment to you in the Role of Air-Ticketing
in Biju Patnaik International A riport , Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751020.for Indigo Airlines.
1. Training Period:
The training program would consist of class room training and on-the-job training. The duration
of the classroom training would be purely based on business requirements. Your confirmation
will be based on your positive contribution to the Company’sobjectives.Based on business
requirement,period of training can be extended for a further period of six months or part there
of. Your continued employment with the Company is subject to your meeting the qualifying
criteriaduring and at the end of the training.
You will be on probation for a period of 1 month after completion of your regular training and al
location to the Unit. Please note all confirmations in the Company can take place only on the 1st
day of the month succeeding completion of probation period.You rconfirmation as a permanent
employeeis subject to the terms and conditions in cludedin the Confirmation Policy of the
Company. Further details are enclosedin the Information Sheet.
Your position is a whole time employment with the Company and you shall devote your self
exclusively to the business and interests of the company. You will not takeup any other work for
remuneration (part time or otherwise) or work in an advisory capacity, or be interested directly
or indirectly(exceptass hare holder/debenture holder),in any othertrade or business during your
employment with the company, without permission in writing of the Board of Directors of the
Company.You will also not seek membership of any local or public bodies without first obtaining
specific permission from the Management.
3. IncrementsandPromotions:
Your growth in the Company and increase in salary will solely depend on your performance and
contribution to the Company.Post completion of your training,your monthlyTotal Gross Salary
will be a maximum of Rs.32,000/-This salary will be effective from the1st day of the month
succee dingcompletion of training and al location to the Unit.
Your salary will be reviewed on April 1st of each year,or atsucho ther timeas the Management
may decide. Salary revisions are discretionary and will be subject to, and on the basis of,
effective performance and results.

Salary will be paid every month after the successful completion of the training period. Thecharge of this
training will be 34,000/- if you successfully clear the training program. Duringthe training period i.e. 45– 60
Days from the date of joining your performance will be evaluatedand if the performance is found not as
per the company expectations your services will beterminated as unsuccessful candidate or our
organization. In such a case the salary for the dayswill be adjusted against the training charges for the
training that has been provided to you.

That you will be required to work in shifts as per the requirements of the company.

That you can transfer to any location /process as per the policies and procedures of thecompany.
4.
That in case of company provides you any facilities such as transportation, Cafeteria etc, theseshall be
entirely and solely at your risks and consequences.
5.
That your appointment is subject to satisfactory performance and verifications of your
background and credentials and submission of the documents as mentioned/ briefed to you while
giving this letter of offer or otherwise.
6.
That you are found medically unfit to carry out your respective duties in the office you will betermed
absent for that period.
7. All the decisions related to the above will be at the sole discretion of the management of the
