INFORMATION TO CANDIDATES SEEKING ADMISSION INTO I B.TECH. CATEGORY-B – (NRI/Non-NRI) SEATS
1. Eligibility Criteria:
i. Age of the candidates should have completed 16 years.
ii. The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination with not less than 50% marks in the prescribed group
subjects or 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination or Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)
equivalent to 5 on a point scale of 10.
iii. The candidates secured rank in JEE (Mains) are eligible; satisfying the eligibility criteria mentioned S.No i & ii.
iv. The candidates secured rank in APEAPCET are eligible; satisfying the eligibility criteria mentioned S.No i & ii.
2. Interested candidates can submit the filled-in-application form along with all enclosures and a Registration fee of Rs.1,000/-
(non-refundable) either in cash/online or in the form of DD in favour of G.Pulla Reddy Engineering College, Kurnool, in the
college between 9.30 A.M to 4.30 P.M on all working days on or before 02.09.2023 or they can be sent their applications
by registered post to reach the Principal office before 4.30 P.M. on 02.09.2023.
3. The Selection of Candidates for category-B NRI/Non-NRI seats will be as per the procedure decided by the Govt. of A.P.
4. The branch allotted to the candidates will be based on the options given by the candidates in the application form. Branch
allotted cannot be changed.
5. At the time of admission, the candidates selected will be required to pay the Tuition Fee as per the details given below.

6. Candidates admitted under Category – B NRI seats they need to pay tuition fee of US$5,000/- (US Dollars) per annum
shall be paid by the candidate.
7. Candidates admitted under Category – B NRI/Non-NRI seats are not eligible for any kind of Government Scholarships.
8. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
9. The candidates are required to enclose the following documents (photo copy) along with application
 SSC or its equivalent certificate (photocopy)
 Marks sheet of intermediate or its equivalent (photocopy)
 JEE (Main) 2023 Hall Ticket (photo copy) and Rank Card / Marks Card (photo copy)
 APEAPCET-2023 Hall Ticket (photocopy) and Rank Card (photocopy)
 Receipt of Registration Fee (non-refundable) of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only)
 Aadhaar Copy
10. Please bring two copies of this application (original and photocopy). Submit original copy, with enclosures, to the college and
obtain acknowledgement on the photocopy.
11. As per G.O’s (Higher Education) issued by Govt. of A.P., the management of the college has an option to call upon the selected
candidates to appear in person for interview to substantiate their credibility and financial capacity to its satisfaction. In the
event of the management finding that any of the selected candidates is not eligible for admission the management shall be at
liberty to reject the candidature.
IMPORTANT NOTE
1. The applications received before the deadline will be processed and the list of selected candidates will be displayed on our college
Notice Board and College Website. The selected candidates have to take admission by paying necessary fee and submitting all
original certificates before the stipulated date.
2. No individual communication will be sent on any matter. Candidates are required to look into the College Notice Boards and
College Website (www.gprec.ac.in) for any information including allotment.

1. Candidates who have passed two year Intermediate Examination conducted by Board of
Intermediate Education, A.P. or its equivalent as prescribed by APSCHE.
2. Interested candidates can submit the filled-in-application form along with all enclosures and a
Registration fee of Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable) either in cash or in the form of DD in favour of
G.Pulla Reddy Engineering College, Kurnool on all working days on or before 02.09.2023.
3. The Selection of Candidates for category-B seats will be as per the procedure decided by the Govt.
of A.P. The branch allotted to the students will be based on the options given by the candidates in
the application form. Branch allotted cannot be changed.
4. At the time of admission, the candidates are required to pay the Tuition Fee and other
Miscellaneous Fee. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. Candidates admitted under Category –B seats are not eligible for any kind of Government Scholarships.
6. If the fee is not paid on or before the due date, admission will be cancelled.
7. The following Original Certificates are to be submitted at the time of admission:
a) SSC or equivalent examination marks memo.
b) Intermediate or equivalent examination marks memo(s)
c) Study Certificate (6th Class to Intermediate)
d) Transfer Certificate (TC)
e) JEE (Main) – 2023 Hall Ticket & Rank Card (if appeared)
f) AP EAPCET - 2023 Hall Ticket & Rank Card (if appeared)
g) Copy of Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC
h) Copy of Aadhaar Card
i) Three (3) sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates
j) Passport Size Photos – 4
k) Copy of Parent’s PAN Card
l) Equivalency Certificate from Board of Intermediate Education, AP
for other State Boards / Universities / Schools
m) Residence certificate for Non-local students
(Please keep the scanned copy of original Certificates before submission for future use)
8. An undertaking in the prescribed format should be submitted by the Parent and Student with
respect to the fee to be paid to the college.
9. These admissions are subject to the approval of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher
Education.
10. In the event of the management finding that any of the selected candidates is not eligible for
admission, the Management shall be at liberty to reject the candidature.
