Communication Climate Inventory

This document appears to be a communications climate inventory that assesses an employee's perceptions of their supervisor's communication style. The employee rated statements about their supervisor's communication on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being "strongly agree" and 5 being "strongly disagree." The inventory then calculates subscores for the supervisor's defensiveness (e.g. need to be in control) and supportiveness (e.g. empathy). The employee's responses indicated their supervisor exhibited a defensive communication style rather than a supportive one.
