    SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR SCHOOL BUILDING RENOVATION AND CHAIR

    Dear Madam:

    I hope this letter finds you doing well in all regards.


    I would like to inform you that Basecamp Elementary School caters 256 pupils from kinder to
    grade six (6), with 7 teachers and being one of the last-mile schools in Montalban, Rizal, Basecamp
    Elementary School (BES) is often overlooked and left behind in terms of its facilities and equipment. As
    the school head, I firmly believe that having a comfortable and pleasant classroom is a crucial factor to
    create a better environment that is conducive to learning. Nevertheless, we at BCES are incessantly
    exhausting all efforts to improve our school facilities to provide a safer, more child-friendly, and
    comfortable atmosphere for the welfare of our learners and the staff while in school. With this
    consideration, I know that we can achieve this with your valuable support.
    One of the important facilities that need urgent improvement in our school is the school building
    itself. Currently, the structure needs total repair due to its old state and severe termite infestation that led
    to the destruction and gradual dilapidation of the school facilities. However, we do not have the
    capability to address this concern due to insufficiency of school fund. Hence, I am earnestly and humbly
    requesting your good office to extend to us our much-needed assistance by way of helping us for the
    classroom renovation, and/or if it is not too much to ask, the provision of a new classroom
    building with six rooms to better ensure the safety of our students and to safeguard our valuable
    facilities, supplies, and equipment.
    On behalf of the BES Community, I am fervently hoping that you could assist us in this matter for
    the best benefit of the learners. For your reference, attached are the pictures of the current condition of
    our school building. Should you wish to conduct a building assessment and site inspection, please feel
    free to visit our location at any time convenient to you. May this plea merit your prompt attention, utmost
    consideration, and action. Rest assured that we remain committed and dedicated in providing quality
    education to our learners. Thank you very much for your unwavering support and for being our efficient
    and effective partner for providing only what is best for our Rizaleño learners.
