1. Purpose:
To establish safe practices for the loading and offloading of materials at the Lusikisiki Magistrate
Offices to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property.
2. Responsibilities:
 Site Supervisor: Responsible for overseeing the loading and offloading operations.
 Operators: Trained personnel responsible for operating loading and offloading
equipment.
 Spotters/Guides: Individuals assisting with directing equipment and ensuring safe
movement.
 Workers: Those involved in handling and securing materials.
3. Equipment and Tools:
 List and inspect all equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
4. Pre-Loading/Offloading Procedures:
 Conduct a pre-operational inspection of equipment.
 Check the condition of the loading/offloading area.
 Ensure proper signage and barricades are in place.
 Verify that the loading/offloading zone is clear of unauthorized personnel.
5. Loading/Offloading Procedures:
