Dear Respondents,

We, the 4th Year BS Information Technology students enrolled in CAP 102 Capstone
Project and Research II this 1 st Semester Academic Year 2023-2024, entitled “Banca Online
Booking System For Pundaquit Ferry Boat Owner Association ” that will help the
association, boat owners and tourist to have a organized and convenient way of booking a
boat trip.
As part of the research undertaking, we will develop a system, conduct a pilot testing of
the system, and distribute a survey questionnaire for data collection.

Rest assured that the information provided will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for
the purpose of this Capstone Project and Research II.
