Fibonacci Sequence

The Fibonacci sequence can be seen in nature in flower petals, lilies, nautilus shells, and the stacking pattern of pine cones. It is frequently seen because it models physical structures and sequences found in nature. The golden ratio, another name for the Fibonacci sequence, can be computed by dividing a line into two equal parts where the sum of the parts divided by one of the parts equals approximately 1.618. The most fascinating occurrence of the golden ratio is that it is an irrational number that continues indefinitely without repeating and can be continuously divided by one or subtracted from one.

ACT. 2 FIBONACCI SEQUENCE

1. What are the three instance where Fibonacci Numbers can be seen?

The Fibonacci number is typically denoted in mathematics by the letter Fn. It is the kind of
sequence where the current number equals the sum of the two numbers before it. The golden
ratio is another name for this. The manifestation of this magical number can be observed in
flower petals.

Although this is an example of a golden ratio, we can also see this number's manifestation in
lilies and nautilus shells. The Fibonacci sequence is found in the stacking portion of the cone of
pine trees, according to numerous additional sources.

2. Why, do you think Fibonacci numbers frequently seen in nature?

Because it portrays structures and sequences that model physical reality, the Fibonacci
sequence can be found throughout nature. Because it naturally models a spiral, we may see it
in the spiral patterns of some flowers.

3. How do you get the or compute the golden ratio?

When you divide a line into two equal parts, the sum of the two parts, (a) + (b), divided by (a),
equals 1.618, and you can use this to find the Golden Ratio. You can use this formula to create
shapes, logos, layouts, and other things.

4. What, to you,is the most fascinating occurrence of the golden ratio? explain .

The golden ratio is an absurd quantity. It will begin like this: 1.6180339887, but if someone tries
to write it, it will never stop and never form a pattern. This number's ability to be divided by one
or subtracted from one is a significant feature. In any case, the number will continue to grow
indefinitely.
