CASE (1) LIFE - Mohit is a PBPartners’ Life agent partner. He does ₹1,00,000 APE in his 1st month and gets 0% as per T&Cs of the program. However, for next upcoming months he
will be eligible to receive an additional 0.20% increment every month starting off with the base percentage of 0.10% in 2nd month
(applicable only if he meets the min. APE requirement every month)

• Mohit has mastered Level 1 in Life BU as he has cross-sold the min. NOPs required to reach Level 1 He has also mastered Level 4 in CL BU as he has cross –
sold min. NOPs .
• He will receive 1000 mastery points ( Level 1) from Life BU and 11,000* mastery points ( Level 4+ level 3+ level 2 + level 1 ) from CL BU. Therefore, now his total
mastery coins will be 12,000.

*Mohit will be eligible for 11,000 points of CL BU only if he has not received coins previously from the other level. If he has received the mastery points prior from the other level
then he will be eligible to receive coins from for that particular levels of mastery coins which he has not received. For example – If he already received till level 2 coins of CL BU.
Then he will be receiving the coins for level 3 & level 4 i.e. 8000 mastery coins.

(Note: An agent partner has to meet the minimum APE per policy in order to earn mastery coins. No sum of 2 APE
policies will be considered for mastery coins)

• Rohit has cross-sold 5 NOP’s of Motor BU then he will qualified to the level 1 and will be given 1000 mastery coins After this if he cross sells 35 more
NOP’s of motor BU then he will reach level 4 directly by qualifying the min. requirement of NOP’s of level 4 ( 40 NOP’s ) i.e. initial NOP (5) + new NOPs
(35) = 40 NOPs. Now he will receive total of 10,000 mastery coins ( Level 4 + Level 3 + Level 2). He will not receive mastery coins for level 1 again as he
has already received it

• Mohit has cross-sold the 16 NOP of Motor BU then he will qualified to the level 2 and will be given points of 2000 mastery coins ( provided he has
received the mastery coins of level 1, if not received then 1000 more of mastery coins will be added and he will receive total of 3000 coins). Then if he
cross sells 4 more NOPs of motor BU then he will reach level 3 and receive 3000 more mastery coins for that particular level (as he has already received
the mastery coins for level 1 and level 2). So for doing 20 motor NOPs, Mohit earns total 6000 master coins.

 How to earn Contest coins?
These partner sales contests are held weekly or monthly or quarterly by the PBP team for different business verticals and can
be based on NOPs or APE or any other business criteria

Example: - Vijay Singh is a Life agent partner, and he participated in a monthly contest run by PBPartners, which was based on NOPs, where a partner had to sell 30 Life policies
between April 10 and April 30, and the contest reward announced was a Rs 15,000 Smart Watch. The winner of the contest can either simply redeem his Smart Watch, or he can
transfer the same amount of contest coins to his LMC wallet.

Fortunately, Vijay Singh sold 30 policies on time and was eligible for the reward. He further decided to transfer the prize amount into his LMC account. He was able to access the
coins summary on the LMC coins section of the PBP One Program under the contest coins tab. Now, he can either redeem this amount to purchase any other loyalty reward or
collect more points, which can be redeemed for a bigger reward from the catalogue later, depending on how much more coins partner has accumulated in the wallet

• The program is applicable for certified individual agent partners (IP) only. Business sourced under the certified and registered IP code only will be considered
• The program starts from 1st Oct 23 & ends on 31st March 24 (after which a fresh business & coins earning cycle starts)
• The company reserves the right to change & modify the terms and conditions in case of any ambiguity & dispute.
• The Company reserves the right to change or terminate the entire Program at any time without assigning any reason or giving prior notice, whatsoever. In such an event, any reward points accumulated so
far may or may not be allowed to be redeemed and will be at the sole discretion of the Company
• This a motivational and voluntarily participation based program.
• This Program is a motivational Program offered by company and nothing herein creates any relationship of agency, partnership, employer-employee etc., with you and the relationship between us is independent.
• Company reserves the right to make use of the agent partner ‘s personal information for promotional activities
• In case the agent partners gets terminated or leaves the program in between, redemption will be on the bases of the sole discretion of the company
• Participation in this Program means the Agent Partner has read, understood and confirms his/her acceptance of these terms and conditions
• Agent Partners shall be fully responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the password and redemption of points. Company shall in no case be responsible and liable for any misuse or wrongful redemption of the
same
• By enrolling into this Program, Agent Partners agrees to receive communication(s) from company relating to the Program and Agent Partners unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint
against company in this respect.
• Agent Partners agrees that company shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Program or with the acceptance, possession, redemption or
use of reward
• Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such
loss
• Program shall be void in any State where prohibited by law. In such case, company shall not be liable to provide any free cashback, gift(s) or compensation to the Participants on any account
• Decision of company in relation to the Program and matters incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the Agent Partners
• Agent Partner gives company the right to publish and broadcast in any media, anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and / or other purposes, Agent Partner's and / or Winner’s
name, image, Likeness and / or photograph (except where prohibited by law), or any other information (in relation to the Program), without any further permission or consent or consideration in any form.

PBP One - Terms and Conditions:

• In order to earn loyalty coins, agent partners must fulfill the minimum APE gate criteria in the respective BU as mentioned
• Consistency percentage is different for each vertical, refer to the tables to know about the consistency percentages.
• If a agent partner is unable to fulfill the minimum APE criteria in a month, he will earn zero coins & in the next month his consistency weightage will be similar to the previous month before the month he
last earned coins
• Base percentage for Loyalty coins, for all four BUs is the same (10%)
• In order to earn mastery coins, agent partners must fulfill the minimum APE per policy. For a minimum number of NOPs, the sum of two NOPs will not be considered.
• The LMC coins earned in a specific month can only be redeemed in the later month or as per the specified timelines by the company
• The coins need to be redeemed before the end of current FY, as the coins will not get carried forward for redemption in next FY
• Agent Partners qualifying and achieving the parameters announced as part of Program shall be eligible for points as decided by company from time to time.
• Once the score calculation is complete and approved by company, agent partners shall be intimated about the points he/ she has earned under the Program and the same shall be credited to the agent
Partners account as decided by company and will be communicated to the agent Partners.
• Rewards are subject to applicable tax laws/ TDS/ 194R and subject to change from time to time as per Government laws
• Any tax applicable on the reward thereof under this Program will be borne by the agent partners
• The rewards, value of LMC coins and privileges of this program are offered at the sole discretion of the company and are subject to change without any prior notice
• Redemption of the vouchers is at sole discretion of the agent partner and company will not be liable for any loss or misuse
• Each contest will be governed by its own respective terms and conditions will be announced by company from time to time
• Incase of agent partner’s termination or resignation from PBPartners, the agent partner’s coins redemption will be subject to company’s discretion
• Mastery coins earning calculated cumulatively and is not basis any fixed cycle like monthly, quarterlyy etc
• All values in INR
