Every company definitely has a


leadership approach in place to
ensure what it wants to deliver
can be achieved together

The leadership approach found in Burger King is


delegative leadership (laissez-faire). This is
because, Burger King has rein free leadership
style. This is also called hands-off leadership style
which basically means that that the leader allows
employees to make decisions but the leader
remains responsible for the decisions made.

In addition, the employees at Burger


King are highly skilled, highly
experienced and also educated. Burger
King employees take pride in the work
they do and the encouragement to do it
successfully autonomously.

Burger King uses a method of
control in terms of feed-forwards
control.
Based on the control method there are 2
divisions used by Burger King Corporation it is
through the control of physical resources and
human resources.
