    NMS Resources Global Limited is a public limited company, listed on India's premiere Stock Exchange
    BSE Limited and MSEI (Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited) and engaged in the business of
    Consultancy, Skill Development, infrastructure as well as Pay roll services.
    NMS Resources Global Limited provides temporary employment services. The Company offers interim
    job, permanent staffing, and training solutions. NMS Resources Global serves construction, engineering,
    and finance industries. NMS Resources Global serves customers in India.

     Company was into food processing and commodity supply sector and is currently engaged in
    contracting services like Civil Construction, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Skill Development, Financial
    Consultancy and Engineering Services. Company also provides exclusive supplies and marketing
    team for telecom provider companies.
     During the previous quarters, the company has signed two agreements with M/S. UNITED TELELINKS
    NEOLYNCS PVT. LTD. and M/S. MCM TELECOM EQUIPMENT PVT. LTD. for providing the
    Manpower / Resources as per the terms and conditions of the agreement annexed herewith. It is
    informed to all concerned that the execution in regard of the above mentioned both agreements has
    been initiated from the present quarter and the company has successfully arranged 500 (Five
    Hundred) Manpower / workers to the both entities. Further, the management of the company has been
    giving best efforts to increase these numbers to 1000 (One Thousand) within quarter ending on
    September, 2023.

    and Consultancy Fees - 4%.
