Introduction
Background
Time management is a fundamental skill that plays a crucial role in academic success
and overall well-being. High school students often face multiple demands on their time,
including coursework, extracurricular activities, part-time jobs, and social commitments. As a
result, many students experience difficulties in effectively managing their time, leading to
increased stress, reduced productivity, and negative impacts on their academic performance
and overall well-being.
The purpose of this study is to examine the efficacy of a specific time management
intervention for high school students. By evaluating the impact of this intervention on students'
time management skills, academic performance, and overall well-being, we aim to provide
valuable insights into the effectiveness of such interventions in improving students' time
management abilities and their overall success in school.

1. Academic Performance: Effective time management skills are essential for students to
manage their academic workload efficiently. By investigating the efficacy of a time management
intervention, the study can provide insights into the impact of such an intervention on students'
academic performance. Improved time management skills can lead to better study habits,
increased productivity, and enhanced academic outcomes.
2. Stress Reduction: High school students often face multiple demands, such as completing
assignments, studying for exams, participating in extracurricular activities, and maintaining a
social life. Inadequate time management skills can lead to stress and overwhelm. By evaluating

such as personal projects, professional responsibilities, and time with family and friends. By
examining the efficacy of a time management intervention specifically targeted at high school
students, the study can contribute to the development of interventions and strategies that can
be applied in different contexts and benefit individuals beyond the school setting.
This study will mainly identify on how the time management intervention's effects
students academic performance. Also, this study yearn to identify the academic performance of
students with/without time management intervention.
This study will be conducted by high school student researchers schoolteacher instructions will
be fallowed.
Theoretical Framework
The study is anchored from the theoretical support of the impact of time-
management on the students academic performance by Creational Education (2021)- For
students to better manage their curriculum and achieve learning objectives, time management
behaviors or skills are argued to improve the positive academic output. The aim of the study is
to find the impact of time management on the academic performance of students among the
diagnostic radiology technology students at KAU. This study had a cross-sectional survey-based
study design.It was conducted among students of diagnostic radiology technology department
at King Abdul-Aziz University from Sep. 2020 to Feb. 2021. For this study, 152 students were
targeted among which 142 completed the questionnaire, making the response rate of 93.4%.
Among 142 participants, 75 (52.8%) were females and 52 (36.6%) were in the 2018 batch.
