THE GRACE OF GOD
WHO IS GRACE?
Grace can said to be another name for Jesus. Grace is a Person living his life through a
human being. Living under grace is like being married.
Grace is not a doctrine. It is a person, and his name is Jesus. That’s the reason the
Lord wants us to receive the abundance of grace, for to have the abundance of grace is
to have the abundance of Jesus.
God gives us his grace through His Son. Jesus is the embodiment of his Father’s grace.
1 Peter 1:10-11says, of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched
diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: 11 Searching what,
or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify when it testified
beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glory that should follow from this reference,
we can see that the Old Testament prophets foretold the coming of Jesus and the
coming of grace. Likewise, Jn1:17 further, confirms that grace came when Jesus came.
For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Titus2:11 says: “For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men,
instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously
and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the
glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to redeem us
from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession,
zealous for good deeds.”
The description used here by the apostle Paul when he says “the grace of God has
appeared, bringing salvation to all men…” is a reference to Jesus whom John in chapter
1 of his gospel describes as God’s only son who left heaven and came to earth, full of
grace and truth, and from his grace we have each received grace. The grace of God is
a person. Jesus Christ is God’s grace personified.
To the degree that we know Jesus, we enjoy God’s grace (2 Pet 1:22 Grace and peace
be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,)
When the Galatians cut themselves off from Christ, they cut themselves off from grace
(Gal 5:4You who are trying to be justified by the law have been severed from Christ; you
have fallen away from grace. You who are trying to be justified by the law have been
alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace. For if you are trying to make
yourselves right with God by keeping the law, you have been cut off from Christ!).
In Titus 3:4-6 where it is written “But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love
for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in
righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and
renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ
our Savior.”
Again here, the phrase “the kindness of God our Savior and his love for mankind
appeared, he saved us.” is referring to God’s grace who is Jesus Christ who appeared.
God our Savior there is a reference to God the Father who sent Jesus to die for us.
Ephesians 2:8 agrees and affirms that saying, “For it is by grace you have been saved,
through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” We know that the
scriptures teach that we are saved by Jesus Christ, by receiving him into our lives.
There is no such thing as accepting God’s grace or being saved by grace apart from
Jesus Christ. When you accept Jesus, you don’t need to worry about grace because
Jesus is the grace of God that saves us. Jesus is God’s grace. Therefore, No Jesus, no
grace. Know Jesus, know grace.
WHAT IS GRACE?
Grace is simply God’s ability in man’s inability. What God make a man to achieve that
he wouldn't have achieved without God. God’s solution for man’s frustration, or God’s
favor for man’s failure.
Grace is God’s riches for man’s wretchedness, the riches for the wretchedness of man.
The Bible talks about the riches of his glory, in case anyone is living life anyhow, it is
God’s riches for man’s wretchedness. Grace is God’s favor for man’s failure. Adam and
Eve failed in the Garden of Eden, God sent Jesus to release favor so that man will not
die. , Grace is Gods outreach to men off-track, d outreach of god to humanity that went
off-track when d grace of God is working in you, you will have access to his riches when
d grace of God is working in you will have favor in place of failure, with grace you are
not permitted to miss the road.
The grace of God is visible, grace can be seen. When a man carry the grace of God it
is visible, when a woman carries the grace of God it is visible. when there is grace in a
church it can be seen. Grace grows 2 Peter18, the grace that produces result, grows.
the level you are per time is a result of the grace you carry.
WHY WE NEED GRACE

 Distinction in the midst of frustration; The grace of God gives a man
distinction in the climate of generational frustration. Noah found grace in the
sight of GOD when God was angry with everybody; Gen6:6.. it repented me that
I have made them, God was angry with everybody, but there was somebody
who stood out, there was somebody whose case was different, there was
somebody whom God was happy with, there was somebody who was
outstanding. Grace is a mantle of peculiarity.
 Exemption from destruction, there is a mystery of supernatural exemption,
when men are saying casting down, you will say there is a lifting up. Where
others are being swallowed you shall escape. In Ezra9;8 Almost everybody died
but there was a remnant that escape. Jer31:2 thus saith the lord the people
which were left of the sword found grace , that is, they escaped. when the sword
was killing everybody, some escaped. In the wilderness, they find grace.
 Access to define the mystery. When a person has grace, he has access to the
mystery of God. Ex33;12,13 Moses said unto d lord, give me access to mystery,
show me what others cannot see, confirm that I carry grace by causing me to
see what others cannot see, that was also the secret of Paul d apostle in
Ephesian.3:9. Grace connect you to the mysteries of God and the mysteries of
God terminate the miseries of man. When you access mysteries, miseries is
over, mystery gives you access to mastery, when you connect mystery you
terminate miseries, when you connect mystery you canceled slavery, when you
connect mysteries you step into mastery, it is mystery that canceled misery,,
divine mystery terminate demonic misery when you have a misery around your
life, God uses mystery to cancel misery, grace gives you access to mystery,
 Access to define presence. Everybody who carries grace carries God. People
who are engrace are in God,, Moses, in Ex33:16, said ., for wherein shall it be
known that l and thy people have found grace in your sight, is it not in that thou
goeth with us, what will confirm to people that we are carrying grace, is it not that
where we appear God appear there, the grace of God gives you access to
tangle ., seeable, moveable presence of God, not just the omnipresence, mobile
presence, people see God when they see you, are reminded about God when
they look at your face. There is something about you that reminds them about
God, grace gives you access to his presence, and his presence terminates your
pressure and his presence gives you rest.
 It is the capacity to level mountain, Who art thou oh great mountain before
Zerubbabel, thou shall be made plain. Grace levels mountains, and uproot
obstacle, there is a level of grace you carry where you are able to confront what
people run for, you face what others cannot face, u dare what others dread,
Capacity to level the mountain that is grace. Grace is more necessary than
money. Grace I heavier than qualification.
 Power to supernatural manifestation. Act 4;6 with great power the apostle
gives witness to the resurrections of the lord, with great grace upon them. Rm
5;6 Every one of us we have different gifts. When you carry grace the
supernatural is natural. Grace makes you walk in the supernatural naturally.
Supernatural in dealing with your children, supernatural in dealing with a
business associate. Grace is power for supernatural manifestation.
 Establishment in greatness. Paul the apostle said, l am least of the apostle, I
am not even qualified as an apostle, but by the grace of God I am what I am.
Grace manufactures unto greatness, you cannot be engrace and not be great,
therefore grace establishes you in greatness.
 Supernatural energy and productivity; I labor more abundantly than all of you
yet not I but d grace of God; Supernatural energy for the grace of God, you are
such a man like a thousand men in one, hundred women in one, like a bulldozer
that has no break, tireless, weariless, defeat less, limitless like your maker
because there is something on your life that is called grace. You are energetic,
just in motion, tireless like your maker.
You need energy to fulfill destiny, it is d energetic that fulfil destiny, the people
that know their God shall be strong and exploit. Exploit belong to the strong. You
cannot do exploit in weakness. grace impart you with energy, sterminal,
capacity, terrorcity, ruggedity. Grace is the supernatural energy for
productivity.
 Define Speed and acceleration. Grace is the fuel of speed, I am d least of the
apostle, I am not even meant to be called an apostle, but I am what I am by
grace I am. The grace of God can make a latecomer become a front liner, Paul
was not there when Jesus was on earth, he wasn't there at crucifixion. not there
when Peter denies Jesus, he was not there when Judas Iscariot betrayed, Paul
just came suddenly. After Christ has resurrected, he was still persecuting the
church, and this same Paul became a teacher to peter, peter says there are
things Paul said that I can't understand, he said there are revelations Paul has
that I don't even understand, 2Peter3:16, Paul was a late comer that became a
front liner, grace makes you to achieve in a year what people achieve in 10yrs.
and what you achieve in 10yrs some people can't achieve it in their lifetime ,this
is called grace.
