Following your request, we are pleased to send you our services for maintaining your room
airconditioned units.

UNIT DESCRIPTION PRICE PER UNIT

Wall Mounted Non- ₱ 1,200.00


Inverter & Inverter
Ceiling Concealed ₱ 2,000.00
Ducted Non-Inverter
& Inverter
Ceiling Cassette Non- ₱ 1,500.00
Inverter & Inverter
VRF Condenser ₱ 700.00
(Per Condenser)

This contract will entitle your air-conditioning unit to the following services.
A. Monthly check-up operation.
B. Clean air filter & front cover.
C. Check the thermostat's accurate automatic & selector switch.
D. Check the amount of refrigerant and oil in the system.
E. Inspect all components of the system.
F. General cleaning of indoor and outdoor units of aircon with pressurized water.
G. Test system for refrigerant leak.
H. Operate and observe for any further troubles.

Aside from the above services, you will be entitled to the following:
Quarterly general cleaning 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th services of the year.

This contract does not include:


1. Labor for repainting, reconditioning, and overhauling jobs.
2. Cost of the materials or spare parts used in field or shop repairs.
3. Labor in supervision for major repairs undertaken in the field or shop. Such as all types of
tubing leaks, busting & bearing, and shafting replacement. Stuck up & burn out compressor.
4. Repair workmanship is covered 30 days after repair.
