Reflection
Designing an instructional plan is important in the grand scheme of things. It made lesson
planning easier as it listed all the possible activities that could be done to achieve objectives that
were set beforehand. As I am attending the teacher's training college, it implies that time is even
more limited as I must balance the time between two entities. So, on days where I would not
have been able to plan four or five days in advance, I am able to rely on my instructional plan to
guide me in sourcing material and content. However, when noting the time, I must say that the
time given has really proven to be a suggestion. It does not necessarily account for any
reiterations if students are having problems understanding and applying the content.
