Bending Machine

This document summarizes the design and fabrication of a three roller rolling machine. The machine is used to bend sheet metal into cylindrical and conical shapes. Key details include calculating the bending force required based on material properties, thickness, and radius. A literature review discusses previous work analyzing bendability and modeling the bending process. The methodology outlines the machine specifications, components, rolling sequence, and calculations to determine the motor power and torque needed to drive the rollers.
